This is a software solution via USB Flasher to Activate Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto. When you placed the order we will book the time with you to remotely make the activation of VW MIB ii CarPlay and Android Auto via USB port. MIB-II was after 25.05.2015. If you’re unsure if you have MIB-II, please email us a picture of your system.

Workable Models

• * VW Mk7 Golf 5G and Golf SV after 25.05.2015 with MIB-II Discovery Pro.
• * VW Passat 3G after 25.05.2015 with MIB-II Discovery Pro.
• * VW Touran 5T after 01.09.2015 with MIB-II Discovery Pro.
• * VW Tiguan 5NA after 01.04.2016 with MIB-II Discovery Pro.

The above model vehicles need to have one of the following part numbers installed for information electronics unit 5F. Any variant of this part number is suitable 3G0 035 020/021/043-B/C/D/E. Any other variant may still be suitable but will need to check the unit first. This service is currently only available if you bring the vehicle to our workshop in PL4 0QL. If your vehicle doesn’t have the correct system installed, then we can offer the full upgrade package, please see other products or email us for a quote.
(Note: On earlier old versions such as B units, a firmware update may be required, this is currently not included.)

Any English windows based system with Teamviewer remote support software installed (We can only read the English system)
